Our lives are busy and hectic. Some days we are barely staying afloat and feel like we fail much more than we win. If we are not careful, we spend much of our time simply reacting to all that a week can throw at us, but never living with intention. In this session, we will take some time to pause, to reflect, to laugh, and to develop an ancient practice called a "rule of life", a personal guide to live proactively in the midst of your daily routine.
